Through my experience of creating, systemising, marketing, maintaining momentum, generating stable cash flow and profit in small business can be very stressful. We can, at times, find ourselves caught up in working in the business, putting out fires and forgetting why we were so passionate about creating our business in the first place.
We can also have the experience of doing everything “right”, covering all our bases with structures, systems, software, automation & trainings however still falling short of our goals and struggling financially.
