Allergy, food sensitivity and deficiency testing

Did you know that Kinesiology can identify allergens, food sensitivity or guide you when you are lacking in a particular food?

This is one of the incredible ways that muscle testing can give you clear and precise information about what your body/ system needs.

Checking out that you are on track nutritionally is something that I always test first for you, when you get on the table in a Kinesiology session. If our nutrition is out of whack, it is hard to make BIG changes in other areas of our lives, we need a healthy diet to support our basic needs first!

It is important to note that Kinesiology does not diagnose. It is always a great idea to get your bloods checked with a GP or Naturopath. I can definitely let you know what tests up as deficient, having a reaction or something that your body needs more of. However if you choose to use supplements or herbs I recommend talking with your local health food shop or practitioner about dosage ect.

If you’d love to find out more information about your nutrition requirements, book in here for a Kinesiology session and let me know in the booking notes that you’d love to look at this comprehensively.

Alternatively if you would like to have this testing done only, please book in for a 30min food testing session here or on my contact page. The cost of this testing is $65 per person.

The testing will include;

  • Allergens, intolerances & sensitivities
  • Nutrient deficiencies
  • Foods/ nutrients your body needs more of

Live too far away from Monbulk VIC? No worries. I offer this testing as a remote service for your convenience. Please fill out the request form below with the name and age of who you would like to be tested and any current diet restrictions or concerns and I will get back to you with an ETA on your results as well as your payment options. The testing is done by using myself as a surrogate for you or your family member. Find out how surrogate/remote testing works here.

If you would like to request tests for multiple family members, please include all names and ages.

I’m looking forward to working with you and bringing you some clarity around your nutritional requirements
