About Me
As a sensitive, creative, and dreamy child, I was drawn to healing, meditation and the mysteries of our existence from a young age.
In my teen years I struggled with anxiety, perfectionism, confidence, and substance abuse, as well as finding the value of being and grounding myself on the Earth.
My endless curiosity about people, why we are here, all things spiritual and the power of creating our reality, led me to begin my study of Kinesiology at age 19.
After creating my healing business, an organic, plant-based café and two beautiful little humans, I had the courage to step into my true calling as a Kinesiology Teacher and Coach.
In 2020 I met my beautiful teacher, mentor, and friend, Denise Robinson from By the Bay Kinesiology and have since trained as an Emotions and Metaphysical Kinesiology (EMK) Instructor. EMK has clearly and powerfully expanded on my Kinesiology Diploma and filled in the gaps in so many areas of my business, practice, and clinic tool kit.
Kinesiology as a modality is simple in its basics, however I believe the real art is in the connection. Holding space and having very clear & effective tools and processes, enable a practitioner to weave the magic of a deep and profound session. EMK Kinesiologists excel in facilitating powerful and lasting changes for clients.
I have had the honor to guide some incredible heart centered woman through their Kinesiology Practitioner journeys. Seeing these courageous women grow, flourish, and excel in creating their dream careers resonates deeply with my soul’s purpose. In my own life and journey, I am constantly learning, growing, and adapting to create as much joy, flow, ease, and alignment as possible!
I have always moved against the grain and the mainstream and asked deep questions. I’ve never been content to stay in my comfort zone, become stagnant, and give in to my fears.
I believe that life is a learning ground for our spirits and souls, to constantly evolve, assist others, and better ourselves. We are here to enjoy our lives, to grow and evolve, and learn to co-create with vision, ease, and grace.
In my younger years my drive, passion, and ability to override my bodies warning signs led me to some serious burn-outs and dark nights of the soul. The balancing act of being a conscious and present parent, and modelling to my kids how to achieve your dreams, at times has left me exhausted.
For me, learning to integrate my Yin and my Yang, work smarter (not harder), while ensuring that what I am striving for is in total alignment with my true self, is the key!
